Our best price guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions below:

• The competitor must have the items physically in stock;
• The items must be in stock with the supplier
• The products must be identical, same brand, model, colour, condition, specifications etc;
• The competitor's product must be brand new and in its original packaging;
• The time for delivery must be equivalent to our delivery times;
• Guarantees and/ or warranties provided must be the same;
• Delivery charges must be the same if the competitor charges more than us;
• We compare prices on the basis that both prices include VAT; 
• The payment terms need to be the same;
• The best price cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer we have provided;
• We have a maximum limit of 25% off the price we advertise on our site;
• The competitor must be selling on their own site, not a third-party site (auction);
• The competitor must be a well-known supplier in the industry, e.g. good reviews;
• The competitor's price is below our cost price;
• The competitor is closing down or running a clearance.

• Name of the competitor including website address;
• The dates that the competitor's price is available;
• Proof of competitor's price; and
• URL to the relevant lower priced item.
